It is service to encourage customers to rate your service at the time of delivery so you can gather feedback on how well you are doing. It is easy to set up and with the free option you can see real time stats on how your business is doing.

The App also asks users if they want to add comments and collects this for your review. If users want to, they can add their contact details (optional) so that they may be contacted - especially useful if they want to share feedback you can act upon!
