The standard version of the app is free but includes ads, limits the number of saved properties, limits individual property evaluation, and provides limited saving, printing, and exporting functionality. Upgrade to the premium version to remove all ads, turn on individual property evaluation (including a professional PDF evaluation report) and save, print, or export any number of professional pdf reports to yourself and clients.
The application is designed to be used in Canada and the United States, however, it is flexible enough to be used in any english speaking country. Support for non-english languages is forthcoming.
