The YMCA Retirement Fund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, organized and operated for the purpose of providing retirement and other benefits for employees of YMCAs throughout the United States. The Fund is an independent corporation, not owned or controlled by the YMCA of the USA or any individual YMCA. Participants elect the Fund’s Board of Trustees.
